Epoxy & Resin Flooring in Redland Bay

The Redlands sit right on the bay, and bayside homes give concrete a harder time than most people expect. Humidity, salt in the air and shaded side paths that never fully dry out all work on a bare slab, and the first sign is usually a patch of green growth or a garage floor that feels permanently damp and dusty.

Sealing the concrete is what fixes it. We diamond grind the slab, fill any cracks, then lay a flake epoxy base and a clear polyaspartic topcoat. Once the surface is non porous there is nothing for moisture or mould to sit in, and the floor cleans up with a mop or a quick hose.

Anti slip finishes are a big part of our Redlands work - patios, alfresco areas, side paths, pool surrounds and carport slabs that get slippery after rain. We add grit to the topcoat so the surface stays safe wet without being harsh underfoot.
