Anti-Slip Flake Epoxy Side Path

Full-length anti-slip flake epoxy system installed along the side path of a new home, running from the front gate right through to the rear yard.

The existing concrete was diamond ground to open up the surface, then primed and coated with a light grey flake blend broadcast to full coverage. The floor was finished with a clear polyaspartic topcoat with anti-slip aggregate added, giving a textured surface that stays safe underfoot when wet but is still easy to hose down and keep clean.

The result is a bright, seamless, low-maintenance path that ties in neatly with the artificial turf and the home's rendered exterior, and it will handle years of foot traffic, bins and weather without staining or peeling.
