Blue Storm Flake Epoxy Garage Floor — Morayfield

A full flake epoxy garage floor in Morayfield finished in our Blue Storm flake blend over a white base — crisp white and light grey flake with pops of royal blue and charcoal that give the garage a bright, clean, showroom feel. The customer wanted something lighter and more modern than the usual grey, and a floor that would make the space feel bigger and brighter under the garage lights.

The bare concrete slab was diamond-ground to open up the surface and remove laitance, then vacuumed and hand-edged along every skirting and door threshold. A moisture-tolerant epoxy primer went down first, followed by a white pigmented epoxy base coat and a full broadcast of Blue Storm decorative flake to rejection. Once cured, the excess flake was scraped and vacuumed, and the floor was sealed with a high-build, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat for a smooth, gloss, easy-clean finish that won't yellow.

What the customer gets: a seamless, hot-tyre resistant floor with a subtle texture underfoot, no dust or bare concrete, and a bright finish that hides dirt and outlasts paint many times over. Walk-on the next day, vehicles back in after 48–72 hours.
